You’re here! Yay! Hi! (Big hug!) Thanks for taking the time to stop by my new (online) home! Let me show you around a bit!
You can subscribe to my monthly blog by entering your email address in the box on the right. (After veryifying your humanity, you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm the subscription by clicking on a link; if not, check your spam folder!)
As you can see, we’re havin’ us a little picnic in the grass! Why? Because I love a picnic, don’t you?
I also love wild violets! They’re perfect for making bracelets, necklaces, and crowns–I should know, since, as a child, I spent many hours in my writer-grandmother’s yard doing just that!
My other grandmother, the librarian, used to dig up wild violets (with permission) from a place called “The Commons” in Louisville and replant them in both her and her mother’s yards. (Some people consider these weeds–can you buhlieve that?!)

In the meantime, feel free to look around. Make yourself right at home! Thanks again for stopping by! XX!
